Sounds like a marketing scam. The only people who benefit from this are the ones selling it for $45 per bottle.
It is an MLM marketing scheme based on pyramid sales, people on top of ladder get money, people on lower scale lose money. The consumer gets nothing.
Orange juice is cheaper and tastes better.
