Oprah Weight Loss Secret

Has anyone lost a substantial amount of weight and kept it off for 5 years or more? How? What’s your secret?
I’m only looking for answers from those people who have actually achieved permanent weight loss themselves. I’m not interested in what you may have heard on the news, read in a magazine, or saw on Oprah. I’m trying to find real people who are maintaining their goal weight after losing 50 lbs or more at least 5 years after the fact. If you know someone who has done this please direct them to this question. I must get to the bottom of this. We all must.
As a Fitness Trainer, I have not seen ONE single person who has gone into crash diets and kept it off WITHOUT radical changes in lifestyle.
By lifestyle changes I mean, the frequency and amount of exercise and the types/amount of food they eat.
I have read statistics too that show that 100% of people who loose weight in fad diets get is all back and MORE, if not accompanied by lifestyle changes, as I have personally observed.
